How often are your listings updated?

Our site is updated every 2 hours, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

What are "starred listings"?

Starred listings are your favorite listings, the properties you want to keep an eye on or remember over time. Whether you're looking across Maricopa county or specifically in Gilbert, starred listings help you quickly cut through the thousands of options and target just the properties you're interested in.

Is there a long-term contract required?

No long-term contract is required. You can chose a time commitment to fit your needs, whether that be a single day's access, a single month, the 3-month quarterly plan, or an annual plan. The advantage of signing up for a longer contract is reduced rates - but again, that is not required.

How many foreclosure properties do you have in your database?

What if I forgot my password?
